The Districts at Zanjero for-sale condos above retail will be completed end of 2008, with estimated number of
units at 350. Additionally, in the last phase of development (2009) there are plans for a mid-rise condo tower
(8-10 stories) on the north end of the project that could have as many as 250 units. Construction on the
office within this development is slated for mid 2007, with occupancy early 2008. This will be approximately
300,000 sf of Class A office space. Two buildings 3-stories each. Total completion of all phases 2009-2010 timeframe.
